Merge proposal

The articles Von Steuben Day and German-American Steuben Parade both discuss the same topic: parades held in US cities celebrating Baron Friedrich von Steuben. I propose that these articles should be merged. I prefer "Von Steuben Day" for the merged article because it seems that "German-American Steuben Parade" is the name of the New York City parade only.
